China commissioned ~36 nuclear reactors between 2011-2020 and will potentially commission ~33 between 2021-2030. Most of these 33 would have been planned well before COP declaration Also, 36 more are currently being planned (4 have construction permits) - takes us to 2040 and there are another 82 which are firmly proposed.

"there reactor program is 150 additional nuclear reactors in 15 years" -- so the numbers you quote / made up don't stack up according to the WNA link above.
