Why do you think this is important (Ukr-Rus peace)? There was a lot of important events that don't even move a needle of uranium.
U price sub 40? Nope. Wind is blowing in different direction.
Plenty of risk in PEN? It is in price. If you don't like, you can go and buy Cameco with P/E >300 or UEC which mine nothing but have billions in market cap.
