Pen is waiting for one of dryier, which should come back from refurbishment at the end of Dec. If there will be some serious development in positive direction, we will see it in price movement. After announcement, it will be too late (it will go down or up).

People talk. If I were to invest millions in a company, it is better to have some insider in company personnel. It hurt no one, but you know some info before everyone.

"Shorting" guys are the smartest. Even with this panic selling, there was no more than 2,5% shorts overall. Almost nobody is betting against PEN.
If there will be a problem and company will not deliver, there will be much more short positions.

Some said- management, dilution. That can be a past.

Some said - problems with new chemistry. Yes, we don't know that but they did 2 field tests (one year on field), laboratory testing and as they stated- it works.
