The primary question is whether the CFO and the CEO are solely focused on maximising shareholder wealth - the job shareholders are paying them to do.
Agency risks have increased in my opinion since the ambiguous market update in July and the perhaps excessive use of tax credits to double npat last year.
Time will tell if they are working for shareholders or themselves.
