morning,
remember in the movie when the boys went out looking to prove or disprove if there was a bubble?
They went looking at houses and property - and, they found lots of empty one's - abandoned and just not rented or inhabited
now --------- what does this sound like?
"The Hills District to the city’s north west has been hit particularly hard, with almost 5 per cent of homes in the vast area sitting empty."
"While there’s a mixed picture for Melbourne and Brisbane, Sydney has just recorded its highest vacancy rate in at least 13 years — as SQM Research figures now show 2.8 per cent of the city’s units and houses are sitting unoccupied. And they say it’s only going to get worse in the coming months."

Now - just imagine if something from left field comes in at the same time here? - Wall Street major correction? An interest rate ladder climb? A recession? ---------- you name it - there are lots of black swans in every paddock just waiting for the right weather conditions to take off.
And, we have now had a royal commission - which means that lending conditions are vastly different now to before - as are home an property ownership laws.
It is just possible that 'we ain't seen nuttin yet'
