Jam ring them mate - have had similar probs in past with different companies - always found them happy to answer as best they can and sometimes the reason for no reply has been as simple as me using an old email address they dont check anymore - other times my email may have been referred to a manager who is OS at the time and on phoning the secretary acknowledges she should have acknowledged my email and let me know that - funnily they are the ones who if I email for anything later they hunt people down and get answers asap - as long as you butter them up a bit when you call them lol
