We do not know why they turned down the opportunity, other than commentary (can;t remember whether it was from PRR or Biomira) that Biomira was more focussed on other areas of their business and that CVac was therefore not of strategic interest.
It would be SUPPOSITION on my part that if they saw a slam dunk, economically viable, commercial opportunity in CVAC then they would have taken up their rights.
