I am quietly confident that the growth pa will be >30%, based on their historical result / experience in merging 2 businesses. Furthermore, there isn’t overlap in business between the two companies.
in regards to the 2.3x debt, and in consideration of the profit margin, i believe they can easily manage and get it down to the target of <2x next year.
EML will be the leader in this field.
