Chilia you point of the dilution of shareholder value on top of the 90% plunge in value is valid, but you forgot to mention that the dilution over the next period of EzyDVD entry is a further 50% dilution. I shudder to think what the value of the original share issued at 20c when the shares on issue were 120m? (not sure) to where they will be once yet another 140m+ are issued to Ezy & not forgetting that the shares on issue today are well over 300m. So it's not quite as simple as saying 20c > 2.2c, a more comparible figure would be 20c to approx .005c in real terms.

Current management have not a lot to be proud of, let's hope the incoming board members will bring expertise and good business brains.
