No, a combination lock by the look of it. It's a low tech solution to the problem. Have to say, good on them. It does have its limitations in terms of size. The biggest challenge would be getting the lazy courier to bother with the combination lock. If the lazy buggers record missed deliveries to occupied homes, they probably cant be bothered with this either.
MyPAD would need both power and internet connections.
