Honestly, I think you all need to look at the BIGGER picture.... KKL is not just dealing with Thailand - having worked with many Governments internationally, I can assure you that there isn't big difference between Governments these days. They are all full of bureaucrats and you rarely get straight answers and commitments.  KKL has come a long way in their negotiations and if you bother following the many ANN you will find we are in an extreme good position.

If you have done your research you will be confident about future ANN and I think we can also expect a TH once the negotiations of CertainID gets finalised ...... KKL Management is doing great - connect the dots and watch this space. BUY BUY BUY for this SP is not holding for long.
