My opinion, and its only a guess,
Wrap up CRE, which has taken longer than normal.
Then share consolidation.
Then ramp up exploration and hence news flow and increasing SP.
Remember management want long term value, they arent here to make day traders money.
They would have a clear idea of how they are going to transform this from a penny stock to a high value mid tier gold producer.
