Did you know lucky Larry was/is a good friend of Netanyahu? They would chat every week. Such a small world, Netanyahu had been worried about an attack on the towers for years and even wrote about his concern in 1995. Given that, it is remarkable that his good friend Silverstein would then purchase these same towers when Netanyahu, himself, thought they might be attacked by terrorists.
That Larry then took out a monster insurance policy in June 2001, that paid out within months and included a building that was not even hit by a plane and, itself, collapsed in a cloud of dust, shows incredible foresight.
