Yes it works well, instant action and trades are $A6 generally. You can use whatever base currency you like and change it when you want. Eg you can use $CAN to trade ASX.
They have chat help which I have used and it is good.
It's DMA also. Anyone anywhere can use it, ie you don't have to be a US resident etc.
I also use Etrade as I don't like relying on just one provider. Also have two broadband and one dial-up connection for the same reason plus three computers!
