    Would be surprised if he gets off on 'misadventure', but you never know these days.

    Guessing that the lesser charge of manslaughter would apply, unless he had set-out to murder, and this would be difficult to prove. No prior known history of trouble with the law.

    Although he caused the damage, I"ll bet his 'mates' were there to egg him on. They should have to answer to the law also, imo.

    The laughing and joking ?a psychological reaction, ?the media juicing up the story, ?did he know he had just killed someone or did he just think the guy was out to it.

    Also wonder whether he had to give blood for a drugs test?methamphetamines, crack, antidepressants all a risk when it comes to violent and irrational actions.

    Very sad for all concerned.
