Of more significance is the political outlook which Trump shares with Hitler.
The hatred for "globalism", goes hand in glove with extreme nationalism. Hitler also blamed the world economy for Germany's problems.
Hitler scapegoating the Jews is replaced by Trumps scapegoating of refugees and migrants. Blaming the "elites". Hitler blamed the "elite bankers" for ruining the German economy especially if they were Jewish while of course the wealthy "elites" funded the Nazi party. Trump blaming the "elites" is obviously absurd as being born rich and privileged he is one of the elites himself. While blaming the "elites" Trump is funded by them and gives them tax cuts and trillions of dollars.
Similar times now as in the 1930's. Trade war and economic crisis. The xenophobic nationalists are promoted now as they were back then.
