Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe ago bod only had about 20% of the shares.
of course, a director majority share does not guarantee anything, as proved by Taw when 51% control was sold out the blue without sh consultation.
AJM bod has more skin in the game, and has been more forthcoming w/ the situation than these other companies that have|had a chance to better shareholder value
My money's on AJM! (literally!)
