reminder of sales update for dbct

This was announced on April 22. Two to three months from April 22 is June 22 - July 22. That is the period for binding offers to be lodged.

DBCT
• Price discovery process has concluded with interest at both the minority and 100% level.

• As advised to the market on 25 March 2009, Macquarie Capital Advisers has been appointed as adviser for the DBCT sale process.

BBI in conjunction with Macquarie (as advisor) are proceeding with the formal due diligence process. BBI will update the market on the outcome of this process in due course, as appropriate.

• At this stage the targeted closing date for binding offers is in the next 2-3 months.
