Sorry Akki, I thought the business update was after the announcements. I think the results have already been announced and they are spectacular. I do hope they announce the next phase of testing soon to keep up the interest and drive up the SP to a price of around 10 cents.

If the SP reaches 10 cents they could raise around $5 million with a placement to an institution at a discount of say 15% so the immediate funding is secure. The institution can sell the (around 60 million) shares at a neat profit the next day as turnover on big days have been around 200 million. There will be minimal dilution and the SP will increase further due to cash security. The last time in 2013 they has a $12 million rights issue at the heavy discount and the SP tanked and half the issue was unsubscribed. The SP fell further when the new shares were issued and the takers sold them to get out. So no rights issue please. By the way I work in investment banking.
