The important sentence?

So the first news should be what I want to see - confirmation of a interest free loan and the conditions that comes with it.

And what were those strong results they mentioned?

"Proof of Concept Overview

The Proof of Concept ran for one month, beginning on 26 January 2025, during which Kala’smodular computational equipment was powered using on-site electricity generated from flared gas via a 100kVa gas-fired generator.

All success criteria for the trial were met:
• Equipment operated reliably using Tlou’s gas to generate electricity

• Power draw was consistent with engineering expectations

• Computational output matched our performance models

• Systems operated effectively under local environmental conditions (including high temperatures, dust, and humidity)

On average, each kilowatt-hour of electricity consumed during the trial generated US$0.18 in compute revenue, highlighting the strong unit economics of our system and the viability of monetising otherwise flared gas."

Now what is not to like?
That was March 26th so nearly 5 months ago. Plenty of time to arrange a loan, and for TLOU to have made a start on plans to increase the gas flows? And, hopefully , to introduce the plan to the first well.
