Please don't try to imply that your charts predicted the earthquake and tsunami!

On fundumentals ATM Blind Freddie knows that a lot of investors are very bearish as a conseqence of events in Japan, the ME and North Africa (+ the EU debt crisis etc) ..... and of course anyone's chart would show this! HOWEVER, success of this play depends on 1) finding O&G and 2) effectively engaging local communities as development partners.

You have not refuted my previous proposition that the markets may look for O&G supply from Tunisia as a consequence of ongoing events in Libya. Nor has either G.O. or yourself said anything about how the presence of DHI may shift the risk and opportunity formula around a bit.
