Very good point OSI re DHI!! I think it certainly makes the prosepct a little more exciting. Certainly makes it no sure thing but I personally would not have bought back in ADX without the presence of a DHI on this prospect and I dont reckon GulfSands would have farmed in either.
Libya are desparate to get oil flowing again and why wouldnt they!! Interesting article this morning on CNN re this.
