"Don't think anyone really knows how long this will take including TS. I'm hoping that if MCC buy Marampa that there might be a expediatory resolution as part of the deal, otherwise could be a long time.

Kasper, do you think MCC's non-payment is related to Marampa, and/or Cape Lambert South?

It is something many of us suspected, as we thought it may be used to try to put pressure on CFE. Otherwise, whilst CFE may have to wait for our $80m (or less) and we have an opportunity cost, MCC have a far greater opportunity cost on the $320m acquisition they can do nothing with.

If unrelated to Marampa, the dispute over the $80m seems like very odd thing for MCC to do.
