From my point of view, we need to go for win-win if it is related to CLS. If we sell them CLS for 30M - 50M coupled with the repayment of trhe $80M then MCC can argue that they played hard ball and won a great deal in getting CLS cheap. On the other hand TS can argue the sale at below market was necessarry to expedite the issue.
Would think both parties would like to save face in this one especially if they are looking for bigger Marampa fish to fry.
