Whoever likens Bitcoin to tulips is either a troll or ignorant.
Tulip bulbs themselves were not traded. Contracts or other derivatives representing tulips were traded. That's how you begin to create a bubble.
A transfer of Bitcoin is a transfer of value on the most trustworthy system ever devised and developed by mankind. If you don't get that, get the hell off this forum and sell me your shares in DCC. I'll also take your Bitcoin.
