Agreed. Hopefully both get up but 2022-23 are going to be hard times with a recession looming.
Thats said, a small startup with a small cost is sensible.
I bet the cost of HIO's slurry pipe is considerably more than our total startup cost.... Yes, yes, maybe a third party will build the slurry pipe and HIO could rent it??? How much more cost would that add to the tonnage price? Another $8 to $10??? Hmmm...
