Nothing wrong with mgt it's just magnetite which is the problem. Magnetite projects have poor startup economics and will get fu**ed in the orphan period and capital raising. In the case of mgt the poor startup economics (IRR and NVP) obscures the monster deposit and century long life of mine. Magnetite development has not been derisked here in Aussie land. There have been too many cost blow outs. I might buy back in when mcap is below 50mil however. MGT is destined to be bought out by rtio or fmg at a cyclical low when all retail have abandoned the stock in disgust imo. This will happen after the dfs and no sight of funding. Anyway thats the way I view it. Hope it all works out for shareholders. I love the project btw. But the risk to reward profile doesnt stack to me as an investment. At least not at current mcap.
