Sorry, which announcement is this? Your referring to SA govt funding? this is only a small piece of the pie.
I was referring to full capex funding to build the mine. I don't see how that would be possible without a DFS. No loan facility would do this.
To be honest I haven't fully kept up with the MGT story so please enlighten me.
