3.3.2 Transactional platform licence income
In addition to the communication and management fees, Credit Clear generates an annual licensing fee of $300,000
(consisting of quarterly payments of $75,000 or 5% of gross revenue whichever is greater) from licencing the Credit
Clear Software to Remitter International Inc (a US incorporated company) (Remitter) for use in North and South America,
Central America and the Caribbean (America). The licence provided to Remitter is exclusive to America but Remitter
has an option to extend the licensed territory to include Japan and its territories (Japanese Region). If that option
is exercised Credit Clear will generate an additional annual licensing....
