IMO the $3 "prop" did two things...
1. It made the SP looked stable for getting the $4 cash injection which paid for the share buy back. I hope the current SP level does not backfire on the deal.
2. It made the share buy back level looked to be at a respectable level.
Perhaps I am just getting senile at my old age.
