Removal of Chairman, Acting CEO, new management

CTP share price consistently fails to improve. Despite the completion of NGP and gas being sold to Incitec share price remains flatlining. AGM comments by Chair and acting CEO moved away from immediate developments and emphasised blue sky prospects. Perceptions about CTP remain undermined by historic events and consequences - the North American court case continues to hemorrhage confidence and fester in the background uncommented on by company. The quarterly report webcast has been discontinued without comment or explanation. Company continues paying over and above market for services and goods in N.T.  Perceived interests of people identifying as native have been prioritised before and above shareholders interests. Minimal comment about company developments if made at all are made well after they occur.  Shareholders discover things about the company from unrelated third party sources. Additional management have been employed to market new gas - but there is no new gas. This history and current practise is inconsistent with current chairmans claim he is shareholders representative on the Board. It is inconsistent with acting CEO's AGM presentation claiming a new powerful focus on shareholder communication. Long term shareholders have no reservoir of patience for this Board and Management and they should be removed and continuing excessive remuneration of management should stop. A legitimate shareholder representative should be elected to the Board to liaise with and inform shareholders. It is timely to begin preparations for theses changes immediately.
