response to Plough (thanks all others for the support) - I'm not trying to light a fire just get a return on a significant investment after a very unreasonable amount of time.

Plough you mention you are happy with his performance - again what performance are you talking about - CLRS proven operational at depth - result nil (as in no contract or commercial outcome); new MD/CEO appointed (you mean another new one, and still no outcomes (hopefully he can deliver in a reasonable timeframe now that the technologies are effectively ready for commercialisation), canvassing for work - sorry not good enough, the management and MB have had sufficient time (and financial incentive) for canvassing and a contract should be in the bag and revenues being realised by now; and it certainly is not nonsense to ask for 'new management' - actually what I'm asking for is effective management who can actually deliver results.

clearly you are an MB fan and I'm sure you have your reasons, but perhaps he is just not the right person to commercialise this technology with this company - which is fine, but admitting it and moving on so that someone else can get on with the job would be the sign of a very big person (my opinion only).
