Not only that, They want sh to vote at the agm to issue shares to raise $3 million??? on top of the 7.1 and 7.1A rules. My calculator keeps giving me an error reading when i try to do the numbers.
IMO the Only way to do that would be after a 10 or 20-1 consolidation??
