I don't see the negatives here as the stock price has risen, that's my reason for putting my money in IDG.
The buyback is a straightforward one and has continued every day now.
There is reason for suspense as the next moves to buy assets or other shares remains uncertain. I guess we must be patient as the next investment move is important - no point rushing anything.
True enough, if the stock price rises a great deal the new directors will see their holdings rise in value, equal in percentage terms to ours.
My thoughts Mr board of directors of IDG, "carry on regardless".
