    How to kill investor interest, turn a tightly held .50 stock that already has no interest from the market into a $5 stock after consolidation, cant think of a single reason why this is positive for shareholders.

    david25 you have no chance of kicking them off the board unfortunately, just go to the meeting & let them know your concerns
