    There are now two separate meetings.

    The Scheme Meeting to vote on whether Macquarie take us over... vote AGAINST. The date for this continues to slip and is still not fixed.

    The General Meeting to spill the board, vote FOR the new Directors. The date for this is July 19.

    Sounds confusing but not so bad as the questions are clear for the voting.
