I have often mentioned my dislike of the way the Company is managed.

However to do such a thing would present in my opinion a battle of mammoth proportions.

First of all I don,t think that you would get any assistance from the Shareholders Association. I went to them some years with a legitimate complaint after being tossed aside by Corporate Affairs.I got nowhere.If I hadn,t been naturally blonde I,m sure the experience would have sent me grey.

Secondly and most importantly to my recollection 40% of the Company is controlled by Nickel Mines, a family Company that as far as I know was controlled by the late Jim Lynch (father of Mark) No doubt this Company is now controlled by Mark and his brother. I am quite sure that there would still be a number of old timers around who are quite loyal to the Lynch,s and Foley and who between them could quite possibly make up another ten or eleven percent.

All in all a very difficult task but no harm done in thinking about it.

Someone once stated on this forum that Mark is in receipt of $375.000-00 a year for performing his duties. I don,t think he would like to forfeit this, so anyone attempting to unseat him could naturally expect World War 3 in trying to do so.

Whatever happens to Citigold I guess you can expect them to be around for another 40 years or so, in one form or another.
