Reckon you need a reality check.Australian labour rates are out of whack with the rest of the world,that's the point.Suggest having a look at the cost of houses in the US. A million dollar build cost house is truly amazing and the quality is every bit as good as Australia.In another post I showed the labour rates in Spain and the US.Australians seem to think that they should be paid about twice the going rate elsewhere.Why…because we are so good right?
The reality is that there is a hard lesson around the corner,and the ridiculous conditions at ARI show why this is so.
