More like ramp is the thing I mean. It is a tactic of dealers to place an order like that to encourage buyers to bid above to get part of the action at that price on opening. If the bid is withdrawn the buy orders can be filled ( make that will be filled) at prices above the withdrawn order price. If the order stays there it will encourage buyers to offer around the 10c mark and if I am right and it gets withdrawn the opening will be around 10c and will fall to around 96c briefly shortly after. Todays early price now depends on that bid being kosher.
