I like your honesty my dude but your delusional to think any of these businessmen are going to take a paycut for the good of this start up or for the benefit of the shareholders. Most successful business men and women are cut throat and wouldnt have a problem with bankrupting every last shareholder of this company. You dont make it far in business being generous and having a conscience , usually. Trust me Gernot of all people has shown he has no regard for shareholders and he isnt going to start now
