Don't think unemployment will stop prices. If you have 3 kids and walk in to centrelink and say you've lost your job you get $800 a week from that day onwards until you find employment. Easy. Mortgage paid. Get yourself a little cash job 20 or 30 hours a week and live better than when you had a honest job.
