IMO having a go, enjoying the rough & tumble, chewing the fat, cutting down tall polly poppies, taking the ?@#$ out of each other & acting as a nation of knockers almost defines how Aussies express being free. The only thing missing is a beer together afterwards.
IMO the Poiltics Thread enables us to raise & discuss issues, to respond to the outrageous views expressed by everybody else & to explore where no-one has gone before - especially our gutter print media!
Although I sometimes feel like a fish out of water or up *&^% creek without a paddle on this thread I still appreciate being able to read the 'raw' views expressed by others - including your own.
