The current Board of Directors have overseen 4 years of disasters, screwing shareholders at every opportunity...I cannot see this company moving forward with such an incompetent board. New Managing Director has been here 4 months and already screwed us with a flimsy Scrapton deal and then the announcement 3 weeks ago, although we cannot blame him entirely the future doesn't look good for shareholders.
Leave Simon and replace the BOD's and some trust should return.
