Your time and effort would be better spent on gaining support for the NO vote.
Complain all you like after the vote, at which time you will be in possession of a great deal more facts.
At this stage you have an offer,it is up to the shareholders if they accept or reject.
IF the shareholders accept, then I fail to see how the minority of shareholders can complain to anyone. (Unless some illegality)
Your best shot of retaining control is to support the NO vote and then take the company forward, as it was going to be.
If MacBank had not made the offers, then NO DOUBT Cottee and co would have been implementing the plan to sign the GSA and gain income to undertake exploration.
