Other things that annoys me are "math" as in "do the math", using cardinal for ordinal numbers as in dates ie. April 17 instead of the 17th. We had a perfectly good way of expressing the date before some smarties in the media changed it for no good reason. Another annoyance is staffer as opposed to staff member. Yet another is "meet with" instead of "had a meeting with" etc. Done instead of "finished" is another. Yet even another is the creeping american use of the word "out" added to a verb where it wasn't previously needed.
