removed from asx already, page-12

I hold more than 20 kinds of stocks. My accountant checks all trading details of the yearly statement.

Since My broker, say ETRADE, has cancelled my holding of AAE, which means the money I invested in Etrade has gone, I can claim for a net loss.

It doesnot matter it's AAE or BBB or whatever,I trade with Etrade, who issues the statement to me. Now my share holding details show I donot hold AAE any more,can I ask Etrade to put back my holding and ask them to wait untill the liquidation coming? Etrade cannot wait, why I should wait?
I also believe Etrade has issued a notice regarding AAE to me.(but I moved, never receive any letters from it)
