Some folks just can't deal with unfamiliar faces & cultures, even if they deliver outstanding results. Seen this over the years at James Hardie, Fosters,NAB & elsewhere. Fine, boot him out for being uppity & overachieving. Then try to duplicate his efforts - of course they can't, and that's why the sp is collapsing. They don't have this sort of attitude in the US, which is why Google & Microsoft are led by folks who look just like Sanger. Don't worry, he will move on to better things. Good luck to him. I'm out - I'm not investing in a company with a medieval attitude.
