The level of credit impairment in the MMS 2013 accounts is so small as to indicate that credit impairment is not an issue for MMS.
MMS carries an intangible asset in its accounts of approximately $50 Million as follows:
1. Goodwill of $33 M
2. Software development of $13
3. Contract rights of $4
The Goodwill includes $9 Milion for Remserv Qld,.The notes to the accounts say that "the recoverable amounts of the cash generating units exceed the carrying amounts by substantial margins...."
The current weakness in the MMS share price began in mid-May
