This has gone to many outlets so lifting of suspension agreed after a full disclosure of the interest rate being applied as well as a directive to obtain a comparable quote from independent advisers among other things.

Sorry but damage to brand has been enormous and the levelling of the playing field between all competitors will make Remserv's job much tougher as their new published interest rate from St.George is quite uncompetitive relative to their competitors and will have to come down if they are to compete

Notice – Remserv Suspension for Internal Services Offerings
In accordance with clause 32 of the Standing Offer Arrangement Conditions Version 002 – dated 1 July 2009, the Procurement Transformation Division (PTD) has issued Remuneration Services (Qld) Pty Ltd (RemServ) with a Notice of Suspension related to their Internal Service Offering under Standing Offer Arrangement QGCPO 250/10 for Salary Packaging Services.
This suspension will remain in place until PTD is satisfied that all appropriate actions have been take to remedy the issues outlined in the notice of suspension, at which time PTD will issue a notification lifting the suspension.
During the suspension period RemServ are prohibited from providing Internal Service Offerings (eg. Novated Leases) in accordance with the following:
1. Customers that have requested and/or have received a quote for Internal Service Offerings but have not yet accepted this quote will be advised by RemServ that they have been issued with a notice of suspension for this service and are unable to proceed with the quote.
2. RemServ may proceed with customers that have accepted (in writing) a quote prior to the Notice of Suspension.
3. RemServ must not retain contact details of customers enquiring about their Internal Service Offerings during the suspension period.
4. RemServ must not conduct presentations, workshops, appointments or send marketing material in any way to customers in relation to Internal Service Offerings during the suspension period. RemServ must notify any person requesting this information of the notice of suspension for this service.
All customers salary packaging services will continue as normal under the arrangement. This means customers can continue to salary package through RemServ, but they are unable to establish a novated lease or any other Internal Service Offerings through RemServ. They can however establish a novated lease and other Internal Service Offerings through a 3rd party provider and salary package these through RemServ
