    following on from our previous discussion about anomalies:

    just skimmed the remuneration charter and I assume the board reviews incentives annually as required and adjusts as necessary. on the last page it states the charter is to be reviewed at least once every two years, however, the last review was Aug 16....

    Was it reviewed as legally required? Corp Veil issues??? no biggy, I'll check next week for the updated version
